  • Rugs in original condition (unused, tags attached, no stains or damage).

  • Defective or damaged rugs (photos required—we cover return shipping).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance rugs (final sale).

  • Custom orders or personalized rugs.

How to Return

  1. Email Sara@SaraMoon.com with your order #, photos, and reason.

  2. Print your free return label (we provide for Calgary area or defects).

  3. Pack securely in original packaging.

  4. Drop off at Canada Post (tracked shipping only).
