This 45-year-old Nahavand rug is the friendly one: a soft salmon-pink field, a navy and turquoise medallion, and small tribal animal motifs — including little horses — scattered through the design like a weaver’s signature.
Delicate florals and geometric shapes fill the field, with touches of rose keeping the pink grounded. At 4’8″ x 7’3″, it’s a good size for a living room, a study, or a bedroom that wants something warm but not heavy.
Hand-knotted in 100% natural wool on a cotton foundation. One of a kind.
